MASTER - Trilingual Branch

The programme of the trilingual branch starts in Nice.
The first term encompasses classes on the basics of all the four modules (International Relations, European Integration, Economy and Globalisation and Federalism and Governance), completed by international conferences and seminars dealing with current world politics events. This term is concluded with an oral exam before Christmas. During the second term in Berlin, teaching in the four modules continues with a focus on Eastern Europe and the Baltic: enlargement of the European Union, the new international order and the transformation process in Eastern and Central Europe. Our partner in Berlin, the Institut für Europäische Politik provides a dialogue with European integration experts and offers an insight into political life in Berlin. Furthermore, students will have the opportunity to advance in the research work for their thesis.

The third term starts with a study trip to European and international organisations. Subsequently, two months in Nice aim at deepening the students’ knowledge of European integration and contemporary problems in international relations.

The month of May is left at the students’ disposition to work on their thesis.
The programme concludes with two weeks in our partner university in Rome, defence of the students’ thesis and final exams.
